Pancake Day

On Shrove Tuesday we made pancakes! We mixed all the ingredients, cooked them and added our favourite topping. Finally we ate our pancakes...they were DELICIOUS!!

Polar Lands

Our topic in January/ February has been Polar Lands. We transformed our role play area into an igloo and had great fun pretending to be Polar Explorers!  We have been learning about Polar animals and found lots of interesting facts in our non-fiction books. The Year 2 children completed a Polar home learning challenge and they created some amazing igloos and projects.

Angel Express

On Wednesday 16th December we performed in our Nativity, 'Angel Express'. We all worked hard to learn our words, songs and practise our parts. Mrs Hazley thought we were brilliant and we all enjoyed dressing up in our costumes and taking part. We hope you enjoyed our performance!

Christmas activities

Year 1/2 are getting ready for Christmas. We have been busy designing, making and wrapping presents in our Santa's workshop. We have also made some fantastic decorations to decorate our classroom. We all made a Christmas wish and put it on our tree, most of us are wishing for snow this Christmas! There has even been a special delivery from the North Pole!
